Dragon Ball: One-Armed Gohan Beats the Androids to a Pulp

At the beginning, Trunks just called Aunt Bulma. You, a soul-traveling traveler, don't know how to practice in the spiritual time house? Are you still collecting energy on earth to build a gravity chamber? Don't you know how to call Kaiou on earth? If you call Kaiou, Kaiou can hear you, and you can also ask Goku and the others to come to the earth through the underworld in their married state, even if they drag an android with them. You can also ask the King of Kai to talk to the people in New Namek and ask them to help collect the Dragon Balls. First: Restore your arm. Then ask them who is willing to come to the earth to become a god, as long as one is willing. Second: Shenlong comes to the temple to accept the inheritance of the god and restore the dragon beads. As for the third wish, you can ask Shenlong if he can develop the main character to its maximum potential. Even if the Kaio can't hear it, you still have a spiritual time room. You can take Trunks in for sparring. Isn't it better than entering the gravity room? Isn't it better than searching for energy? There are tricks in the Dragon Ball world but you don't know how to use them, so you have to take it hard.
