Kirioto Yukinoshita, the third child of the Yukinoshita family and Yukino's twin brother.

He has an exaggeratedly striking appearance that's about eighty percent similar to Yukino's. Aloof yet gentle, he keeps his distance from the class cliques, but there's also a bit of a mischief-maker in him.

Unlike his two dazzling sisters, both celebrated as geniuses, he is the only boy in the family, yet the one unable to bear the weight of his family's expectations. Or perhaps he's simply a defective product.

After a childhood upheaval, his mother sent him to study in China during middle school.

After returning to Japan for high school, he chose to live on his own. But a mistake by the school's administration forced him to transfer to Sobu High School in a girls' uniform. Kirioto meets the loner Hachiman Hikigaya on the fringes of the class, using his gentle facade to keep his secret hidden.

He thought his youth would pass uneventfully until graduation. Then Shizuka Hiratsuka shoved him and Hikigaya together into the Service Club

And so a brand-new story of youth begins.
