The male lead is struck by lightning while making a delivery and unexpectedly transmigrates to Yu Family Village in the eighth year of Wude, during the Tang dynasty. Fortunately, he activates the super mall of the Myriad Worlds. The mall comes with a portal connecting ancient and modern times, which can be activated as long as he has money, allowing him to travel back and forth between the two eras.
Since he didn't land in the Zhenguan era he was hoping for, he'll lie low and build up his strength in Yu Family Village, waiting for Zhenguan to arrive.
He clears land, makes bricks and tiles, opens all kinds of workshops, builds new industries, and gathers displaced people, turning a poor mountain village into a prosperous place.
He recruits soldiers and horses and forms a special forces unit. They train when there's nothing else to do, hunt bandits nearby in their spare time, head to the grasslands to pick up some free labor, and occasionally sail out with troops to visit other countries and make a little pocket money along the way.
Li Shimin: “Gather 150,000 troops. We're going to attack the Turks and wash away our shame!”
Li Jing: “Uh, Your Majesty, the Turks are so weak now. We don't need that many men.”

It's quite interesting. The historical plot in the early stage is not much different from the historical one. It seems that the author still carefully consulted the historical data. Another thing is that there are very few time travels to the Wude era. Many time travel novels basically travel to Zhenguan. At the beginning, you either marry a princess or enter the court. If you travel to Wude like this, it is good to develop your own power first, regardless of the court affairs, but in this case, the pace will be much slower. Not recommended for those who like fast pace. Finally, I hope the author will speed up the pace and come on.
The writing is good, the history is not revised too much, and there is no such thing as marrying a princess right away. I have read a lot of novels about traveling through the Tang Dynasty, and I always like to fawn over Li Shimin, either to be picked off by Li Shimin or to lick Li Shimin. But after reading more than a hundred chapters of this book, I feel that the protagonist does not take Li Shimin seriously, but instead tries to trick Li Shimin [laughing] I will give a five-star review first, hoping that the author will keep it up. As a time traveler, how can I lick Li Er?
