“Miss, I run a brothel, not a sect!”
“Master, your disciple understands your intentions. You are a hidden master living among ordinary people, so you must take responsibility for all your female disciples!”
“You’re saying this tenth-grade piece of trash is your master?”
“How dare you insult our sect leader? Die!”
Su Wu, a former accountant, transmigrates into the body of the biggest playboy in Muzhou City.
His reputation is ruined, he owes countless debts, and his death is near.
All he has left is a dilapidated brothel. At first, he only wants to make money to pay off his debts, then get rich.
In this dark Great Qian Dynasty, where Buddhism, heresy, demons, and barbarians all rise, he seeks a place to call home.
But the women he hires at his brothel are all from prestigious families, masters who have attained the Dao, or beings from the demonic, Buddhist, and Confucian worlds. Every one of them treats Su Wu as their sect leader!
Su Wu won’t give away the truth, so he goes along with the ruse and becomes a fake sect leader.
A brothel on the surface, a sect in secret.
He lays down the brothel’s rules: [Perform, but don’t sell your body. Talk, but don’t fight.]
Run the brothel and recruit disciples.
Found a sect and take part in sect rivalries.
Patrol the Great Qian at night, slay demons and punish criminals.
As the land falls to ruin, fight over its fortune.
Make money, slay monsters, and visit the demon market.

Years later, Su Wu looks back, and behind him lie heaps of white bones.
Su Wu stands atop the Wuyou Tower, sword pointed at the sky.
Above the clouds sit the strange immortals and true sages.
“You called my brothel vulgar and called me Su the Shameless. But in the end, they all honored me as the Wuyou Immortal Venerable.”
In a chaotic world, the Jade Jade Brothel stands like a crimson lantern, illuminating the strange dynasty.
