I’ll Wait for You in Guizhou: After Graduation, Let’s Not Break Up

[Two male leads | mutual pining on campus | second chance romance | two academic aces | slow-burn and tender | extra-sweet romance ahead]

They came from two different worlds, yet became each other’s only light.

Qin Xiao, top student in the law department, poor, tough, and rebellious to the core.

He kept a past he couldn’t talk about buried in his heart. After his dreams were shattered, he turned himself into a lone wolf. Classes by day, translation work at night, tutoring on weekends: he carried the burden of his whole life alone.

Xiang Nan, a gentle, well-mannered young gentleman, with a pair of dimples when he smiled.

His father had always planned out every detail of his life. Then he met Qin Xiao, and for the first time, he wanted to ask himself: What do I want?

One was as aloof as a lone wolf; the other was as warm as the sun.

They should have been on parallel paths, but in the September breeze of Guiyang, they collided and fell into each other’s arms.

They were each other’s most trusted friend, and the one they were most afraid to admit they had fallen for.

Qin Xiao: Everyone’s curious about the kind of person you like.

Xiang Nan: What do you think?

Qin Xiao: If you already like someone, you don’t have to tell me. If you don’t, then let me put myself forward!

Xiang Nan: How do you know the person I like couldn’t be you?

Qin Xiao: ...!

Reality came crashing down like a mountain, brutally shattering their beautiful dream. On their last night in Lijiang, they said goodbye.

But once you’ve met someone, you can never truly let them go.

A second chance at love, across mountains and seas. I’m still waiting for you in Guizhou.

If you can’t forget, you’ll be answered...
