[Single male lead + ensemble cast + Honkai: Star Rail fan fiction + no brainless decisions or System]

Wanxiang Tiangong University Enrollment Guide:

1. Our university is the most inclusive interstellar academy in the entire universe. We uphold the core principles of coexistence among all kinds of life and equal access to education. All interstellar beings and otherworldly entities may apply, with no hard requirements.

2. Except during classes, competitions, and safe sparring, all other offensive Path energy is forbidden throughout campus. Fighting, factional confrontations, and coercion by force are prohibited, without exception.

3. The spread of extreme Path beliefs, factional dogma, and worship of gods is forbidden on campus. Advocating destruction, obsessing over Abundance, clinging to Preservation, or displaying arrogance in the name of Erudition is not allowed. All forms of mental pollution and cognitive manipulation are strictly prohibited.

4. No student may bully their peers on the basis of combat strength, Path, species, or factional background. The strong must not prey on the weak, and the weak need not belittle themselves. Within the academy, all who seek knowledge are equals.

5. Coveting a fellow student's unique Path, supernatural abilities, origins, or talents is forbidden. Secretly trading, imprisoning, exploiting, or scheming against fellow students is prohibited, as is the predatory conduct of cosmic powers.

6. Students' past factional grudges, interstellar vendettas, and disputes between powers must all be left outside the academy gates. Upon enrollment, students leave their conflicts behind. During their studies, no one may dredge up old grievances or hold others to account at will.

Violators will be punished according to the severity of their offense, with penalties ranging from suspension from study and mandatory reflection to expulsion from campus. Our university does not delight in punishment; it exists only to protect the peace of all living beings.

The myriad celestial paths all lie open to those who journey; the countless lives of the universe may all achieve greatness.

Here, we safeguard a corner of pure land, nurture all kinds of life, carry forward the original spirit of pioneering, and open new paths to enlightenment.

While strife rages across the sea of stars, peace endures here year after year. While the heavens are all a game of chess, here we alone hold fast to our true selves.
