I've written lots of sweet romances. This time, I'm planning to write a tragic love story, but the ending will still be happy, because I don't want readers to curse me.
My initial idea: an age gap, a male lead with a physical disability, and a past marriage for a reason. He has mourned his late wife for years, but eventually discovers a major hidden truth. The female lead and male lead also shared a history years ago. They reunite and fall in love, separate for a while, then come back together for a happy ending.
Uh... I'm still working it out!
