Mimi Here, I Found a God with a Soft Heart

Nan Yi wakes up one day to find that he has transmigrated from a scruffy little country bumpkin in the year 2000 into a shabby gray tabby cat in 2026.

First, children at a construction site chase him around and bully him. Then a vicious dog in the park steals his nest. He is so pitiful he cannot even get a decent meal.

With nowhere else to turn, he fixes his eyes on Ning Shiyan, who happens to be passing by. The man has cool, refined features and a handsome face, and looks like a proper gentleman. Clearly, he is a sucker (no, a lifesaver).

Though no car has hit him, Nan Yi takes advantage of his soft, squishy cat body and flops down by the man’s feet, meowing coquettishly, “You ran over me and hurt me. You have to take responsibility…”

Ning Shiyan looks down at the little scam-artist cat and says coolly, “You’ve got some nerve, trying to shake me down?” He complains, but still carries Nan Yi home.

After several months of cozy life together, Nan Yi grows sleek and glossy, clingy and spoiled.

He spends all day riding on the robot’s back and wreaking havoc, looking down on the world.

But when his mating season arrives, Ning Shiyan strokes his ears and says airily, “Perfect. I’ll take you to get your balls snipped. Less hassle.”

Nan Yi’s fur bristles in terror as he struggles desperately. “Don’t cut off my balls! I don’t want to be a eunuch cat!”

In his panic, he tumbles from the upstairs window. When he opens his eyes again, he has turned back into a slender, fair-skinned human with soft, obedient features.
