Synopsis

"Shi Xian Hong Mi" is a highly practical ancient practical recipe, recording more than 400 kinds of traditional food that can be reproduced, and completely restoring the complete folk food production system of the Qing Dynasty. The whole book is clearly classified, from daily drinking water, porridge, rice and cakes, to sauces and pickles, flower and fruit preserves, fish, shrimp, crab and poultry, and livestock meat cured delicacies.
