Synopsis

"Shan Jia Qing Gong" is a folk recipe of great practical value in the Southern Song Dynasty. It completely records more than 100 kinds of home-cooked mountain and wild dishes in the Song Dynasty, including vegetarian food, snacks, soups, preserves, and wine. The steps are clear and the ingredients are easy to obtain. It is suitable for restoring ancient meals.
