Synopsis

"Shan Jia Qing Gong" is a folk recipe of great practical value in the Southern Song Dynasty. It completely records more than 100 kinds of home-cooked mountain and wild dishes in the Song Dynasty, including vegetarian food, snacks, soups, preserves, and wine.
