Mount Shu: Rising from the Menial Ranks

A Bai, a youth from Qinghe Town, crawled out of a rift that should never have existed.

All he had left was a woodcutter's axe. A scar had appeared in his palm, hiding three powers unknown to any of the Three Realms.

Shushan called him an anomaly. The Heavenly Court said he had to die.

From the depths of the rift, a shadow said, “You're finally back.”

But A Bai only wanted to live.

He wanted to finish making that woodcutter's axe in Qinghe Town.

He wanted to grow old and die alongside the person who peeled oranges for him every day.

That was all he wished for. The Three Realms refused to grant it.

Then all he could do was

cleave a path through with his life.
