(This is my first novel, and the writing isn't great. If that bothers you, don't read it.)
[K-pop group debut + all-round ACE + no romance + feel-good story + female-oriented + ensemble cast]
At eighteen, Shen Yanci was cornered by a talent scout in a Seoul café.
He couldn't sing, had never been a trainee, and could barely speak Korean. But after the company's executives saw a video of him dancing, they sent him straight into the debut prep team.
The four members of the prep team had already trained together for a year and a half. He was the fifth, dropped in out of nowhere.
“An unexpected center? What makes you think you deserve it?”
Shen Yanci answered with a dance, standing in the middle of the practice room.
Later, he became AETHER's center, its only visual, and the ace on stage.
His teammates said, “He may have been dropped in out of nowhere, but he's the strongest member of our group.”
This is the story of someone who earns his place in a K-pop group through sheer talent.
It looks like an advertisement for color-fixing shampoo. The author's writing is very good, but the plot is a bit too smooth. It feels like nothing is written in detail, and many plots are brushed aside.
Although it is very refreshing, it does not have a "feeling of a living person". It is recommended to add some descriptions of life-like details to give the text some warmth. You can also add some forum style to describe the protagonist from the audience's perspective (the entertainment industry cannot be without forum style...) The protagonist is not very controlled, so you can read it.
How come so few people read such a beautiful book? I strongly recommend this to everyone. It's so beautiful.
It's very interesting, but a bit monotonous. I hope you can write a little fan perspective, which may be as good as it is.
The writing is beautiful and the author's writing style is good. I recommend this book to many people who love to watch boy band entertainment. It is really worth it!!!
A very nice article, but it contains too little 😘
