Nezha Insists on Marrying into the Dragon King's Family

The Great Deity of the Three Altars and Sea Assembly comes to my Dragon Palace every day.

His excuses have gone from “bringing me a protective talisman” to “inspecting the place where I might marry into the family.”

They get more ridiculous by the day.

I'm busy cultivating, fighting ferocious beasts, and signing peace treaties between the Three Realms.

He's busy roasting dried fish, fending off my admirers, and covering for me when I trip over my own feet.

It isn't until the Heavenly Demon Palace attacks and the ancient seal begins to weaken

that I realize

this relationship that's been more than friendship but less than love for a thousand years

might finally be ready to become something more.
