Chen Shu was a fox spirit, and a male one at that. He was undeniably breathtaking, and he was also exceptionally righteous. Not only was he full of righteous conviction, he had a terrible temper.
He was so irritable that the day before the Immortal Investiture Ceremony, he killed someone and dug up their ancestors' graves. As a result, he failed to become an immortal, had his cultivation stripped away, and was punished by being sent down to be reborn. Being reborn as an abandoned baby wasn't enough: he also ran into his nemesis from a previous life, Qing Yuan.
