Keep Running Essay 1
The first time I watched Keep Running was on a weekend afternoon. I was lying bored on the sofa, flipping through TV channels, when suddenly I saw a scene from Keep Running, Brother. The guests were running and chasing one another across a green lawn, their laughter ringing out. I remember Zheng Kai and Chen He playing the name-tag ripping game. One chased while the other dodged, and the scene made me laugh out loud. My parents were drawn over too. Mom pointed at the screen and said, "Look at Deng Chao's face! It's hilarious." Our whole family gathered around the TV, laughing so hard we could barely sit upright.
From then on, I became a devoted fan of Keep Running. Every Friday night, I would sit in front of the TV right on time, waiting for the new episode. The games on the show were always full of surprises. Sometimes there were water challenges, and sometimes there were escape rooms. My favorite was the name-tag ripping round because it showed teamwork best. The guests were divided into teams and had to work together to win. Once, Li Chen and Lu Han were on the same team. They were so in sync that they dodged their opponents' attack. At that moment, I felt as if I were right there with them, my heart racing.
I don't watch Keep Running just to laugh. It has taught me a lot. Behind the funny moments, for example, I see the guests' refusal to fear failure. They fall, get back up, and keep running. It inspires me to do the same in my studies and not give up when I face a difficult problem. On weekends, I often chat with friends about the show's episodes and share happy memories. Looking back now, Keep Running is like an old friend that has given me countless warm memories.
