The luckiest thing that ever happened to Shentu was meeting Huo Shi by chance on the day his master abandoned him in a mass grave.

From that day on, someone became part of his dull, uneventful life.

Through the days when he thought he was destined to walk alone, Huo Shi was his elder, his friend, and his playmate. Eventually, she became the one person in his life who could never be replaced.

"Huo Shi, I just want to find my family."

"Sure. I'll go with you."

Huo Shi readily agreed. After all, she had nothing else to do. For four hundred years, she had drifted through life in a daze, knowing nothing of her past and unable to see her future. She might as well accompany Shentu on his journey.

If he could recover his memories and let go of his obsession, that would be best. If not, she could at least keep him safe.

But as they traveled on their adventure, she could feel herself changing.

"Shentu, I think I'm becoming more and more like a person."

P.S. I couldn't find the kind of story I wanted to read, so I'm back to cooking up my own.

As I've said before, the plot will be heavily changed, and the characters may be out of character.

I'll listen to suggestions. I used to stay silent when people insulted me, but I might talk back now. We're just reading a story, so let's all be a little kinder.

Also, when are they finally going to give me a definite answer about Season Three and the novel?! Ten years! Do you know what I've been through for ten years?!
