From the Start: I Roasted Bai Mengyan and Got Called Out to My Face

[Bai Lu] [Bai Mengyan] [Some variety shows, including Keep Running and original programs] [May not be a wish-fulfillment story; I'll try to make it immersive and down-to-earth] Su Qiuhe is a powerful short-drama producer, a transmigrator with every hit script and classic song lyric and melody from his previous life. He's cold and taciturn, and decisive in everything he does. No one knows that his mind contains the blueprint for an entire entertainment empire, much less that the legendary Entertainment System is quietly awakening inside him. By chance, he helps Bai Mengyan, a top actress and a nationally beloved sweetheart. On screen, she is outgoing and laughs with her mouth wide open; off screen, she is sensitive and private, a side of her few people know. A chance encounter when she hitches a ride by the roadside brings two different worlds together. Right in front of her, he gives a role originally meant for Bai Lu to someone else, then casually adds, "Her mouth is never closed." Wearing a mask in the passenger seat, she clenches her fists but manages to stay silent. He has no idea she's Bai Lu. And she has no idea what sparks might fly in the future with the cold, infuriating man behind the wheel. The gears of fate have only just begun to turn.
