Huana del Monte, a suburb of Mexico City, has no shortage of legends. Some say there were no ghosts in the burned-down mansion, just a giant crucible. The Salinas family sealed their wealth with the flesh and blood of three generations, but they collectively evaporated in the fire, leaving only a breathing wall.
Years later, this curse was cloaked in glass and transformed into the Ahoka Financial Plaza. It swallows the ambitions of the city of Montezuma and crushes the anxieties of living people into nutrients. When this building extended its tentacles to China, a fugitive girl named Wang xx accidentally fell into its sight.
She thought she had taken away the treasure that changed her destiny, but she didn't know that she had become the new "base station" of this giant machine in the east.
This is a story about how greed evolves, and how a person cuts the chain called "wealth" at the most painful cost.
