Blazing Senior Year: Love Needs No Excuses

From struggling student to Chinese class representative, from basketball court hotshot to tutoring class dunce, Lei Congdong has feared three things all his life: Chinese exams, girls crying, and Bai Yueguang, the top student in Class Five.

Naturally, when Old Wang slammed his hand on the desk, Lei became Li Yutian’s personal tutoring partner.

Those twenty minutes of evening study each night became the most agonizing and addictive part of his senior year. Her eyelashes were long when she explained problems, and she carried a faint scent of gardenias. Meanwhile, all he could think about was his stupid catchphrase: “Let me explain.”

From the flustered moments they brushed past each other in the hallway, to their first kiss in the evening breeze on the rooftop; from the whole school secretly snapping photos as undeniable proof of their young romance, to running side by side after the hundred-day countdown ceremony.

You can’t hide the way your heart flutters when you’re young, so love boldly and openly.

Scorching Senior Year: No Need to Explain My Love is a love letter to youth. It’s about a sharp-tongued boy awkwardly trying to get closer to his moon, and a sensitive top student who is healed by him and becomes a girl brave enough to love and own her feelings.

From senior year to college, from “Don’t get the wrong idea” to “I’m yours for life.”

You’d better have tissues ready, because this battle of flirtation will make your teeth ache with sweetness, make your heart tremble with angst, and finally leave you laughing through your tears as you remember how hard you once fell for someone.
