[Warhammer] + [Great Ming] + [Power Struggles] + [Absurdity]
Ma Duo transmigrates to Great Ming, thrilled at the chance to change his fate through the imperial examinations.
But even the exam questions are strange: Should plague-ridden refugees be allowed into the city? Can a village where people shout “The Father is merciful!” in the middle of the night be left alone? What should you do when an ancient machine, buried underground for sixty million years, wakes up?
Then, on the day of the palace examination, he looks up and sees a three-meter-tall man shining with golden light seated on the throne.
What do you mean, the Golden Throne in the Hall of Supreme Harmony is occupied by the 2K Emperor?
According to reliable unofficial historical records, Confucian scholars worship two giant sages who tower like mountains and must be looked up to.
One is called Brother Kong, the other Brother Meng.
Brother Kong is benevolent and righteous; Brother Meng is righteous and benevolent.
Confucian scholars are influenced and constrained by an energy called “Li.”
Li! The stronger the energy, the more benevolent and righteous the scholar.
Li! If an ordinary scholar's force field isn't strong enough, other scholars won't be convinced by him.
A scholar with greater authority is called a Master; a renowned Master is called a Great Confucian; and one who can win over even the Great Confucians is called a Grandmaster.
Confucian scholars look down on eunuchs and petty men, believing they rise through fawning and flattery. In short, they're suck-ups.
When a Great Confucian emerges from the crowd and wins the respect of other scholars, he gathers the scholars around him and launches a grand mission to “travel among the states,” bringing civilization to the barbarians.
“The Master does not speak of monsters, physical force, chaos, or spirits!”
“To learn without thinking is to Waaagh!”
“To think without learning is to Die!”
“Is this heretic even human?”
Eat their food, wear their clothes, and pay no taxes when the Tyranids arrive!
Why does Your Majesty lead the expedition himself? Why not take the Golden Throne instead?
I've come to Terra today for just three things: unification! Unification! And damn it, more unification!
This writing is powerful.
Personally I think this is a good book.
The author's literary talent is very good, and it has the feel of a mystery novel. Even if you don't understand Warhammer, you will still be deeply attracted by this layer-by-layer content. As Yunzhui, I didn't guess what it was in many parts. It wasn't until I saw the chapter review that I realized it was it. But it's a little fiddly and requires more concentration.
I almost missed it when I saw the title. It's a very novel Chinese warhammer. It's not just a matter of changing the name. The background style is harmoniously blended.
There are at least 10 pictures in the front, and the quality is very high.
Very interesting, wonderful book. Only then did I realize the protagonist's name Maduo = Maduo = Makhado
There is a sense of sober madness. It is clearly written about Warhammer, but there is a smell of Cthulhu in it. Everyone knows that there are abnormal things around them, but they have to pretend not to know and pretend that it is normal. This atmosphere is quite well written.
This novel setting is really novel, and the ancient Confucian atmosphere adds vitality to the book.
It's very well written. Please support it. I just don't know why no one reads it. I watched it for a long time. The content is good. Maybe it's the name that's the reason why so few people read it.
Good book and interesting, Chinese style medieval war hammer.
