He originally wanted to be an idler waiting to die, but there were always people forcing him to investigate cases, rescue people, and dismantle the situation.
The emperor wanted him to do something, the powerful ministers wanted him to shut up, the old party wanted him to join the party, and the border troops wanted him to express his position.
Shen Yan just wanted to say: I am very idle, but you'd better not make me idle.

Recently I found one of the few new articles that I could read, and I only read chapter 32. After seeing what happened to the hero's mother, I felt that the hero was not from the Shen family. . . I hope it won't end badly, there's another pitfall, and there's another book in the list of articles I'm following [awkward laugh]
