[Entirely handwritten + a little over 100,000 characters + not a formulaic story + urban high martial arts + character development]
[Content warning: There may not be many satisfying moments, the worldbuilding is fairly simple, and updates may become irregular and slow later on.]
[The author went off to daydream. What I wanted to write was the first four characters of a high-martial-arts book title about transmigrating and being reborn.]
Mini theater:
First, a warm welcome to this book's best leading man, Qin Tian. Here's what he has to say about the author:
"Author, please be kind to transmigrators. It's bad enough that you made me fail, but after I was reborn, it was still before I got crushed by a huge truck. That really hurts!"
The author silently takes a breath:
"A great burden is laid upon a man... Never mind, it's all for the entertainment. Hmm, maybe I am a little sick. No, that's the author in me talking."
Next up is our yearly award for the villain with the fewest lines, Hu Qi:
"Are you insane? I'm the least impressive villain ever. I died both times, and I didn't even get a single line in the story. Forget it, you owe me compensation. Give me my own book! Or a side story!"
Uh, the author's only a level-two newbie:
"Resistance is futile. I'm the author, so I call the shots!"
The villain vanished before he could say anything else.
Next up is our annual embodiment of joy, Wang He:
"Can you bring them back to life? You're human too!"
Sigh... How do I put it? Ah:
"I wish they were still alive too!"
The last person is our annual tragic supporting actor, Sun Kun:
"Can I trade my life for his?"
The author scratches his head, thinking he may have been a little cruel. Sigh, sigh:
"Kun means earth, and treading on frost is like walking on thin ice. War is cruel by nature. You did nothing wrong!"
The blurb doesn't do it justice. The story starts here.
Now that it's over, just leave a comment. First of all, this novel is barely finished. It was originally planned to be about 100,000 words long, but the author felt a certain burden when writing about villains and dead people, so he wrote a little more. There are a lot of typos in the middle, and some foreshadowings have not been taken back, so there are big problems. If I hadn't written it myself, I would have given it one star. As for the next book, it will be called "National Survival". It is expected to be about 200,000 words long.
