A death game: an Infinite Flow escape game where anyone who dies an unnatural death gets dragged in to fight monsters.
But something nasty has slipped in among the players.
He thought unlocking the hidden identity of a mental patient from the start, then being harassed by a nurse and the guy next door, was already absurd enough. But then a terrifying old man chases him, insisting they're related; a creepy little girl cries and calls him big brother; and a circus clown publicly makes a backdoor deal and claims he's his sworn younger brother...
A god reaches out to him of its own accord:
“Join us, child.”
Chi You: ...
That's really too much.
He smashes the statue representing the god with one punch and grinds the sole of his shoe across the “god's” face.
So, what's the first step to becoming a god?
Answer: Go crazy.
Gradually, Chi You realizes this isn't a horror game at all, but a giant theme park.
