Fleeing Famine: Mom Raises the Kids and Makes the Scumbags Pay

In the seventeenth year of the Tianqi era, drought and war ravaged the land. Starving corpses littered the roads, and people eating people had become commonplace. Lu Huixin, an elite special forces operative known as Night Owl, transmigrated into the body of a pitiful village girl with an ugly scar on her face and a child born out of wedlock. On the road to escape, her sharp-tongued second sister-in-law and her ungrateful second brother joined forces with outsiders, planning to abandon her and kill her son, while insulting the child as a bastard! As she hovered near death, she awakened a face-slapping System: every time she slapped someone down, she earned points, which she could exchange for food, supplies, and body-strengthening pills. She protected her kind mother, beat up wicked relatives, kicked the worst offenders to the curb, and tore into anyone who dared bully her and her child. In a chaotic world, she took her young mother and little one in tow, defied fate, and fought to survive and make a place for them!
