Gender-Swapped: The Master Appraiser

Ye Feng, an ordinary power plant electrician, saw his life plunge into an abyss in a single day. While working at height, he received devastating news: his father had been killed by an unlicensed dump truck, and his younger sister, Ye Mei, was now in a vegetative state. The staggering medical bills crushed his already impoverished family, and his girlfriend of five years left him without a second thought. In despair, he was struck by high-voltage electricity during a repair accident. He woke after a day in a coma with a mysterious Treasure-Seeking Artificer System activated in his mind.

The System gave him hope, but imposed a cruel rule: Ye Feng had to earn ten billion within three years to redeem the “Life Source Fluid” and cure his sister completely. If he failed, her life would disappear along with the System.

The System granted him X-ray vision, initially reaching fifty centimeters underground and upgradeable to a thousand meters, telekinesis, and the ability to absorb light, electricity, thunder, and the spiritual energy of treasures to level up. The price was that every use of a core ability caused his body to undergo an uncontrollable gender transformation lasting twenty-four hours. He had to keep switching between “Ye Feng, the male electrician,” and a female identity, using the perspectives of both genders to navigate the threats and schemes of the antiques world while concealing his double identity.

If the secret of his gender transformation came to light, certain mysterious organizations would hunt him down as an “experimental subject.” Meanwhile, the connections and relationships he formed as a woman during his transformations, including his first encounter with Su Jing, would bring identity confusion and a crisis of trust when he changed back into a man. After curing his sister, would he give up the System and return to a normal life, or look forward to something else?
