Synopsis

Chen Chen was a devoted Kamen Rider fan. After suffering through the successive psychological torment of several Reiwa-era “trash fires,” he finally welcomed the shining masterpiece of the Reiwa era, Kamen Rider ZZZ.

When he saw Zezt crush the nightmares with overwhelming power at the boundary between dreams and reality, protecting humanity's dreams, Chen Chen was moved to tears. “The Reiwa Riders have finally stood tall!” he cried. But just as he was cheering wildly as the Disaster King and the Emperor of Order spun their tops, an unexpected accident struck. Carrying his passionate love for the Heisei Riders and vivid memories of the Reiwa era at its peak, he transmigrated into the world of Geats under the assumed name Higashino Izumi. Faced with a Reiwa generation packed with trash fires, Higashino Izumi gave a cold laugh and pulled out an upgraded transformation belt for Kamen Rider Decade.

“If the Riders of this era can't even protect their own hearts, then I'll teach you what a real Kamen Rider is, using the rules of the old era!”

As Kamen Rider Decade, Higashino stepped onto the Reiwa battlefield.

“I'm just a passing Kamen Rider,” he said calmly, looking at the Reiwa Riders before him. “But it seems you don't even deserve to be passed by.”

From Kuuga's Ultimate Darkness to Build's Genius Form, from Ex-Aid's Muteki Gamer to Zi-O's Oma Zi-O transformation, the power of the Heisei Riders became a blade in his hands, crushing every absurdity in its path.

This isn't a game for a transmigrator. It's a reckoning led by a Rider from the old era.

“I will bring the Reiwa era to an end.”

“Then I'll rebuild it myself!”

What Is the Name of the Kamen Rider Who Can't Evolve?

Knights can evolve in the first place, so if you give them a golden finger that lets them evolve, what’s the point? You might as well quit. I’m looking for something like "Kamen Rider: Infinite Evolution", but don’t just follow the original plot! Don’t just pretend the protagonist can do whatever they want, or act like some big shot. They should really be able to do whatever they want and genuinely act like a big shot.
