On Coal Hill, beneath the crooked-neck tree, Zhu Youwei, who had transmigrated, takes the place of the Chongzhen Emperor as he hangs himself.
The rebel army surrounds Coal Hill. Li Zicheng says, “Chongzhen, the Ming dynasty falls today. You are the ruler who lost the realm!”
Who could have guessed that Chongzhen (Zhu Youwei) would pull out a sniper rifle, take aim at Li Zicheng, and shoot straight through his head?
Then he turns around, climbs onto a motorcycle, and rides out of the encirclement with Wang Cheng'en…
At this moment, Chongzhen is acting completely bonkers!
But to those around him, he looks like a god descended from heaven, wielding a divine weapon!
Chongzhen (Zhu Youwei): “The Ming dynasty is beyond saving. I have decided to rise up and rebel against it! The world will be remade, and all of you will be founding heroes!”
