Yes, it's well written. Other Delta stories and Conan stories all follow the main plot to solve crimes. I don't understand the use of adding a Delta. It doesn't use deus ex machina to open your eyes and play detective games there. This book is well written. Although it also follows the case, every case has a show-off scene. It doesn't hold back or babysit.
