I’m Linden Scott, the Dream Maker for Little People

Scott died. He never imagined his death would come so suddenly. He had once thought about how things might end for him: maybe his own children would use him as a stepping stone to get ahead, just as he had done to his father.

Or he might marry Lakshmi, spend his life with her, and then open a mecha training school.

Or he might achieve something no one in his family ever had and become a senior executive at the company.

He might even join the Astral Express and become a Nameless who was, well, not particularly outstanding.

But none of that matters to him now, because Scott is dead, and he has to compete in the resurrection tournament.

And now, making his entrance is the company's future P45: bionic performance artist, animal impression master, elite mecha instructor who can turn the brilliant March 7th into the galaxy's foremost mecha combat expert, a man who stops at nothing, participant in the Holy Grail War, small fry with principles, fly-ball team captain, Lakshmi's lover, the man who follows the rules most faithfully, an informant who never misses a chance, the company's model employee, his subordinates' grandpa, the Trailblazer's dog, pig, toad, wolf, pistachio, servant, grandson, enemy, friend, subordinate, classmate, and small fry dream-maker. The pride of the Scott family, Linden Scott, is competing in the resurrection tournament. He has no friends, no enemies, only prey. A true lone wolf.

The heroine is planned to be either Lakshmi or a lone wolf. Her characterization may be a little out of character, since the author isn't a lone wolf and isn't that ridiculously capable. Let's just say Scott came to a profound realization after dying once. After all, when Scott died, he was a true lone wolf. The author is a twisted Scott fan, and the story contains Scott-focused content, so please don't read if that bothers you.
