Akame Ga Kill!: A Shadow at My Side

[Original Characters] [Multiple Heroines] [Girls' Love]

Beneath the shadow of a corrupt, dark empire, Yueying Qianyou quietly stands as an imperial deputy general. Picked up by Esdeath, she is regarded as both her younger sister and her future lover.

At her side is Esdeath, a woman wielding immense power and influence. Yet amid the Imperial Capital's bustle and silence, Qianyou cannot help but glimpse the absurdity and struggles of this age.

When Sayu, a girl from the countryside carrying the naive hope of saving her village, hits a wall while trying to enlist, she happens to meet Qianyou, and an apparently chance encounter quietly sets things in motion.

Will Qianyou coldly watch as yet another person struggles in these chaotic times, or will she guide this faint glimmer of hope toward an unknown future, beneath the calm surface? As a high-ranking figure in the empire, caught between Esdeath's shadow and her own convictions, Qianyou will witness and take part in the storm sweeping across the empire from her own unique perspective. Her choices and actions will also write her own chapter amid the interplay of darkness and faint light.
