Naruto: A Konoha Villager Inheriting the Will of the Overlord

Takigani transmigrates into Naruto, becoming the same age as Naruto and the other main characters. He awakens a Bullying System that lets him grow stronger by bullying people. Takigani Genji gladly accepts the Bullying System. After all, that's just how the villagers of Konoha are. Takigani Genji wants to make one thing clear: this isn't bullying, it's the Will of the Bully! Bullying Naruto earns him the Uzumaki physique and an immense amount of chakra. Bullying Sasuke earns him the complete Uchiha Fire Release collection. Bullying Lee earns him the legacy of a taijutsu master: Bajiquan and Wing Chun. But when Konoha faces destruction and no one steps forward, Takigani Genji does. Looking at the enemy, Takigani Genji laughs. “If you destroy Konoha, where am I supposed to spread the Will of the Bully? I'm the only one allowed to bully them. You're not fit to!”
