Ne Zha: A Young Man’s Grace, a Lotus Heart’s Longing

[Completed] [Not a Demon Child] [Nezha, the Great Deity of the Three Altars and the Sea] [Against Patriarchy] [Father and Son Do Not Reconcile]

Ling Zhuzi was a pearl beneath the seat of Lady Nüwa. From the moment he became conscious, a little Azure Dragon was always by his side, speaking up for him, helping him take human form, and keeping him company as he trained in martial arts. He did not understand the meaning of existence, nor why Qingqing felt such a wide range of joy and sorrow. But he wanted to understand, so he descended into the mortal world to experience these emotions.

Qingqing, the Azure Dragon of the East and foremost of the Four Spirits, was ordered by Lady Nüwa to watch over Ling Zhuzi. She stayed by him as he took human form, became a disciple, and grew up. When she learned he wanted to enter the mortal realm, she was the first to object. But as Bai Ling said, Ling Zhuzi did not even have a name of his own. He knew nothing of human emotions or the meaning of existence. So no matter what, she would always stay by his side.

[Taciturn Nezha X Sunny, Cheerful Qingqing] A gently guiding kind of lover

Excerpt One:

Qingqing: Nezha, that's a lovely name.

Nezha: Qingqing is a lovely name too.

Excerpt Two:

“Come a little closer. I have one last thing to say to you...”

Nezha: ... (He still moved closer.)

“Hahaha! From now on, whenever you kiss her, all you'll see in your mind is the memory of me kissing you!”

Nezha: Get lost.

By the time Nezha walked out of the commander's tent, anyone with eyes could see that the commander's mouth looked as though it had been scrubbed hard, and there was a faint smell of something burnt.

Excerpt Three:

Qingqing: Greetings, Third Prince.

Nezha: I missed you so much, Qingqing.
