Modern Hanfu designer Liu Yiyi accidentally traveled to the Ming Dynasty and was captured by General Xiao Bodang's spies for wearing "nondescript" Hanfu. After the misunderstanding was resolved, the two went from being dissatisfied with each other to fighting side by side. Liu Yiyi relied on her superb clothing-making skills to create a Hanfu workshop in the Ming Dynasty to raise military resources for border officers. She researched the clothing culture of the Ming Dynasty into a book, which was rediscovered five hundred years later. This is a sweet story about love, career and cultural inheritance.
