The Maze God suddenly descends upon the Blue Star. Each nation randomly selects two chosen ones to enter a national-fortune maze competition. In every round, the two sides take turns creating a maze based on their country's civilization for the other to clear. If they succeed, they win the other side's national fortune. If they fail, their own national fortune is reduced.
Three hundred years ago, Great Xia suffered the “Cultural Ashes Catastrophe,” which destroyed all archaeological records from before the Yuan dynasty and left a severe cultural gap. The people know their ancestors had a civilization spanning five thousand years, but they have no evidence to prove it. After losing the first nine competitions in a row, Great Xia has only 1% of its national fortune left. One more loss will erase the entire nation, leaving it on the brink of annihilation.
