Shao Bei, a special forces soldier, transmigrates to the 1960s. His mother has died, his father remarried and wants nothing to do with him, and his only family is a frail, sickly younger sister.
In these years of great famine, no one has enough to eat, but no one dares set foot in the miasma-ridden mountains. Shao Bei, however, has a way to deal with the miasma, though he has no intention of telling anyone else.
Ever since he started hunting, Shao Bei has always returned with a full haul, from pheasants and rabbits to wild boars and roe deer.
While others don't know where their next meal is coming from, Shao Bei already has all the meat he could want.
Good, good, good, good, good, good, good
