This is a world without righteous gods.
Demons and evil gods run rampant, the people’s faith is corrupted, and the divine order has been in ruins for a thousand years.
Modern man Lu Chen transmigrates here, carrying the Jade Register of Reincarnation. He starts out as a temporary ghost bailiff at a desolate shrine.
He captures souls and solves cases, slays evil to earn merit, gathers worshippers to cultivate divine power, trains guards, reshapes his body, appoints subordinate gods, and rebuilds the Divine Court!
From a single county to the nine provinces of the realm, from the mortal world above to the netherworld below.
With his own strength, he will restore the divine order and ascend to the throne of the Yin Emperor!
“This world has no gods, so I’ll become one!”
