In 2025, Lin Mu, an elite Chinese special forces soldier, died accidentally during a mission and was selected by the "Heavenly Punishment System". His soul traveled to 1945. After being bound to the system, he released his only mission - as a time traveler, assassinate all 28 Japanese Class-A war criminals including Hideki Tojo before they are tried. He must end them with his own hands while they are still alive.
