The Lantern Boat Cannot Carry the People of the Past Across

The ancient town of Qingshi has a century-old tradition.

If a man wants to marry the woman he loves, he must make a flower lantern boat with his own hands.

And the first flower lantern boat can only be given to his future wife.

So the legend goes, symbolizing a lifelong union between two people.
