I’m Lin Daiyu From the Start, and the On-Screen Comments Hit Me Like a Bomb

Help! I’ve become Lin Daiyu, and spoiler comments are flying right in my face!

The moment I enter Rongguo House, the comments explode before my eyes:

Above Old Madam Jia’s head: [Feeling sorry (for my money)]

Above Lady Wang’s head: [What bad luck (a sickly girl)]

Above Xue Baochai’s head: [Another day of being virtuous and dignified (acting)]

Good grief, are they all Oscar-winning actors and actresses?

Fine, you perform. I’ll watch.

Wang Xifeng plays favorites when handing out palace flowers?

Daiyu smiles faintly and “lets it slip” in front of everyone: “Sister Feng, Sister Bao said hers looked prettier. I suppose you favor her, then.”

[Wang Xifeng’s inner monologue: Damn! How did this little minx know?!]

You want me and the other girls to meet a tragic end, with “a thousand beauties weeping and ten thousand women mourning”?

Dream on!

With spoiler comments on my side, I’ll seize the family fortune first, save the girls next, and then expose the true faces of all you hypocrites, one by one!

I, Lin Daiyu, am going to set this Rongguo House straight!
