Developing Another World: A Mission for Equality

Modern grassroots county magistrate Fu Guoqiang transmigrates after years of exhausting work to the Raymeia Continent, a tiny country among many: the Kingdom of Reik. There, he becomes the young ruler, Bailey Reik, who has just ascended the throne.

In this otherworld of countless nations, diverse races, and deep-rooted class oppression, the protagonist draws on more than twenty years of grassroots governance experience from his previous life and the belief that all people are equal. At home, he pursues reform and strength, develops the economy, builds up the military, and purges corrupt, reactionary forces. Abroad, he maneuvers among rival powers and unites everyone he can, ultimately leading the oppressed people of this otherworld onto the road to liberation.
