Stars Are Stars Too

Seventeen-year-old transfer student Zhou Xingye has three secrets.

First, he likes the girl by the window in the front row.

Second, he once wrote her name on a scrap of paper, then erased it.

Third, he has always felt that he isn’t good enough.

What he doesn’t know is this:

That girl recognizes his handwriting. She’s seen him feeding cats, and cheered when he made a three-pointer at the basketball court.

She’s been waiting for him to speak up.

No matter how small a star is, it’s still a star. Every star has its own light, and someone who watches it shine.
