Also known as A Long Dream Descends to Earth or Strange Tales of Ink
Late summer, 2018.
Hua Yan’s life had been much like that of countless ordinary young people.
Busy graduating, busy with her internship, busy dealing with clients who were never satisfied.
Until that stormy night.
The ancient painting of unknown origin in her home suddenly split open.
A mysterious girl tumbled out of the painting and into the real world.
She didn’t know how to use a phone or ride the subway, and everything about modern society was utterly unfamiliar to her.
Yet she possessed an almost unbelievable talent for painting, along with a loneliness that seemed completely out of place in this world.
No one knew where she came from.
No one knew why that painting had appeared here.
As they spent their days and nights together, Hua Yan gradually realized something.
More than finding a way back,
the girl seemed afraid of losing everything she had now all over again.
And the secrets sealed away in the depths of the painting were quietly beginning to stir.
This is the story of someone who doesn’t belong in this world learning to love life on earth all over again.
“She came from a painting, but in the end, the world of the living kept her here.”
It's hard to imagine that a female college student could write the male college student protagonist so vividly (many of the behaviors in the daily chapters are simply me). I originally thought it was an ordinary reverse love affair, but I didn't expect it to be so delicious. The sweetness and fear are intertwined very well, and the characters are very three-dimensional. Keep up the good work~ You must keep writing it!!!
It's a good book, the characters are delicately portrayed, and the plot is something I can't get tired of every day. The interaction between the protagonist and Xi makes my body warm [Admiration] It's been a long time since I've seen such a comfortable Ark non-Terra fanfic. I don't know why it's so unpopular.
Why are there so few people? It's so sweet. After reading a few chapters, it's really comfortable and very "popular". It's not like AI people.
Give me some encouragement
😢😢😢 What about the tail and flowery arms?
The writing is very good. Come on, the author, but Xigua feels weak now and feels a little uncomfortable [laughing]
Not bad, looking forward to the follow-up plot 🥰
It's very interesting to watch, and the plot rhythm is also very comfortable.
There are no comments, so I will be the first one. Great support for the author [sending heartfelt wishes]
Too little, teacher, not enough to eat😢
