The CEO Is a Dog

A sweet romance about protecting the one you love. After a flash of lightning and a clap of thunder, the cursed Lu Xiao really does turn into a dog, crawling around on all fours. He is the CEO of a multinational corporation, yet he has become a dog. Caught in a torrential downpour with his fur soaked through, he heads home, only for the butler to kick him away. The butler curses, “Get lost! The young master hates dogs!” With nowhere to go in the rain, he is taken home by a kind-hearted girl. Huh? She works at his company. How come he’s never heard of her before? It turns out her position is too low-ranking. The girl is lonely, so after taking him in, she talks to him every day as if he were a friend. Before long, he knows all her secrets. Wait, she’s calling him her son and telling him to call her Mom? Pei Yiyi feels that her luck started changing after she kindly brought a dog home. Her father has had a change of heart and started giving her living expenses, even though she doesn’t need them. The colleague who stabbed her in the back has been fired, too. The manager has stopped making the women go out to entertain clients. And the boss she used to see less than once a year has started showing up at the company all the time. She runs into the CEO eight times in one day at work. No one would believe her if she told them. One night, she clearly falls asleep hugging her dog. But when she wakes up, there’s a man lying beside her?
