Journey to the West: From the Start, I Made the Three Pure Ones My Fathers

[No System, no transmigration] + [No AI] + [The protagonist can be male or female; the female form appears after Chapter 90] + [Becomes Hong Yun's disciple] + [The protagonist is a native] + [Storms the Heavenly Palace] + [Storms Spirit Mountain] + [Fights the Heavenly Dao later on] The author writes at a fairly slow pace, but the later story is decent.

So far, the protagonist, Qingping Sword, has shown off in Qingqiu; Nezha has stabbed Li Jing and Muxha; and Li Jing has had his body remade twice. The protagonist, as Qingping Sword, fights Guanyin and Maitreya; the Great Sage transforms into a fairy to trick Tianpeng; the Great Sage rescues the protagonist and storms the Heavenly Palace; and at Gao Village, the real and fake Gao Cuilan cause a mix-up. Later, the protagonist's group will become the White Bone Spirit's family and reunite with her as one big happy family. (The White Bone Spirit is later reborn.)

The author researches the original Journey to the West before writing each chapter. They have read the Classic of Mountains and Seas several times, read through the Classic of Divine Marvels, read the Records of Strange Things once, and briefly revisited Investiture of the Gods, trying to make sure everything has a source in the original texts! They also took a brief look at the Buddhist scriptures. There is no heroine, and I got the protagonist's name wrong.
