Yunhai’s Commentary on Dream of the Red Chamber

Use the Five Elements as a key to reopen the old dream of Dream of the Red Chamber.

The Divine King of the Sea of Clouds, source of all gods and Buddhas throughout the heavens, and wielder of the Great Way of the Five Elements.

With an all-knowing outsider's gaze, he surveys the mortal world's chessboard, coolly discerning the fates of the women of Jinling and tracing the rise and fall of the Grand View Garden's fortunes.

He does not tread the mortal world or disturb Heaven's will. With only the knife and brush of the Five Elements, he cuts into the Eastern philosophy and human nature at the heart of Dream of the Red Chamber.

Follow the Divine King's gaze to unlock the hidden codes of the Twelve Beauties' destinies, and reassess the great truth of the Way in The Story of the Stone, obscured by a century of dust.
