This is my first time writing a book, so I’ve kept many of my ideas in reserve and am gradually working toward them. If I come up with something better, I’ll make changes.
But I really do want to try writing a falling-out between brothers, since that was the original idea, and I’ve planted some foreshadowing earlier on.
Still, it’s rare to take a perfectly good protagonist and turn him bad, so I’m thinking it through very carefully.
