[Decisive and ruthless + System stat upgrades + breezy power fantasy]
Lu Yuan awakens to his memories and discovers he's in the Great Qian, where martial arts reign supreme.
His father died in the line of duty, and his family has colluded with a gang to force him to hand over his father's post to his cousin.
Luckily, his System activates just in time. Killing intelligent beings earns experience points, which can be used to directly increase his strength.
Looking at the 1,000 experience points in his beginner's reward, Lu Yuan declares, "My turn starts now!"
To avoid being branded a bloodthirsty demon, Lu Yuan joins the authorities and becomes an officially sanctioned demon.
In his youth, dressed in fine clothes and armed with a saber, he strides forth with heroic bearing.
He slays demons, evildoers, and enemies, and speaks of kindness, grudges, and farewells.
He cuts his way from gangs to noble clans, from county towns to prefectural cities, from the Great Qian to the whole continent, and from the earth to the heavens…
I've already cut my way from south to north, from light to dark, and you ask if my eyes are tired?
"Enough talk. System, give me my stat points!"
