Zed was an ordinary person from 2077 when, for reasons unknown, he found himself trapped in a bizarre world of endless loops.
After dying and starting over countless times, he finally reached humanity's last refuge: Dawn City.
There he met the Prophet, but even the Prophet could not escape their fate of annihilation.
Inside the tower, Zed tried to take the Prophet's place and bring it all to an end. But a demon told him he still hadn't earned the right.
And so he fell into the loop once again.
In the loops that followed, he began to think, to understand himself, and to uncover the many secrets of this world.
He made new friends and encountered new enemies, witnessing both redemption and parting.
He heard the stories of this world from many different people and saw with his own eyes how they fought against it.
It is a winding, tumultuous journey. Can he endure the relentless trials that await him along the way?
