I saw the boss squatting at the entrance of the village, chatting cigarette by cigarette with the villagers blocking the way until late at night. I saw them paving the way with sand in the heavy rain, falling down and getting up, covered in mud, and no one said a word.
I cut a three-minute video and posted it online. When I woke up the next day, the number of comments exceeded 100,000.
The boss of the transportation company called me: "Mr. Chen, sign a long-term contract with us."
I looked at the remuneration that had just arrived in my bank card, and then at the purchase contract for the unfinished building. I said, OK.
